As a current owner of BMWs, I initially had doubts about purchasing a vehicle from a Non BMW Dealership when I decided to purchase a more fuel efficient vehicle. However, that all changed when I went to Toyota of Redlands to purchase a new Toyota Prius and had the opportunity to meet with the following (3) individuals: Caroline Amaya (Sales), Jerry Farrell (Sales) and Toinette Costakes (Finance). Each of these (3) individuals were very professional, pleasant in terms of making sure that I was pleased with my purchase and definitely, no pressure. I went specifically to this dealership after reading the reviews of all of the dealerships in my area... And I used the Costco Auto Program. As the other reviews stated, Caroline was very professional, friendly, and best of all, straightforward. There was no BS when it came to what I was looking for, the price, and my financing options. She was attentive and listened to my needs, did not try to pressure me, but provided full detail of inventory that best suited my description. She did not pretend that it was exactly what I needed but let me decide that... She was quick and efficient... The fastest car buying experience of my life.... Beyond that, .... If you have ever purchased a new car before, you would know what I mean when I say that one would typically not care to remember the dreaded final meeting with the finance manager... However, 'Toi' was equally professional and a joy to work with. There was no BS, and she made sure that I understood the options that I had selected and presented a few options that she ought I might be interested in without any pressure ... The paper signing process was quick and painless... And very, very clear and to the point... .... The entire experience was pleasant and painless... Make sure you call Caroline and ask to work with Toi for your financing ... I am positive that you will be writing a good review shortly thereafter.....
